There are over 120 musicians currently member of the SUBB Group. They all have one thing in common - a love of live music making and a desire to be the best that they can be. Membership is drawn from all walks of life, professional musicians, doctors, teachers, students, even professional ebayers! Musicians are generally attached to one band, but but members do appear in several groups. The Bands - Swing Unlimited Big Band - the core of the group, a traditional Big Band with license to play music from an Unlimited repertoire.
- SU2 - this vast band contains keen musicians who meet regularly to play classic Big Band Music.
- SUBBzero - a small, but very cool group, takes inspiration from the Modern Jazz groups, who in turn look over their shoulders to Miles Davis and Art Blakey.
